Alisha Wissel has been in a gym since she was 3 years old. She started competive gymnastics at 11 years old and competed for the Lebanon YMCA for 8 years. Alisha also competed Sports Acrobatics for 3 years and placed 3rd place in a trio at nationals in 2005. Alisha helps in the office and is coaching the Sports Acro Team this year as well. Her coaching experience goes back to when she was 12 years old and started to volunteer at the YMCA. She has been coaching the artistic gymnastics team at the YMCA for five years, and has been teaching classes for seven years. Alisha also is a regional Sports Acrobatic judge. It may sound like she lives in the gym but she loves to read, draw, paint and anything that involves art.
